When you’re younger, sleeping position may not affect you as much, but as you get older, sleeping position may help reduce the pain you feel or may have a negative effect on your pain.

Here is the best sleeping position according to your condition:

The fetal position is good for you because it has been shown to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
This position is ideal for pregnant women, knowing that they must sleep on the left side in order to improve fetal blood circulation and reduce fetal pressure on the liver.
It is best to stretch your body and move around a little; In fact, the fetal position can cause pressure on the lungs and diaphragm.

2- Write the location on the side

This position is considered healthy because sleeping on your side while keeping your back flat will give you the following benefits:

Reduces the problem of sleep apnea.
Reduces neck and back pain.
To improve this position, it is recommended to place a soft pillow between your feet to reduce pressure on the pelvic area.

3- Free fall position

According to the name, this position means sleeping on your stomach with your hands under the pillow or next to your head.

Unfortunately, this position is unhealthy and can cause back and neck pain.

To reduce neck pain if you want to sleep in this position and make it the best sleeping position, it is best to use a soft pillow that does not lift your neck too much.

It is also recommended to place a thin pillow under the forehead, keeping the head facing down rather than to the side. It’s about keeping your airways open.

4- The position of soldier

This position involves sleeping on your back with your hands near your side, but is this the best position for sleeping?

Unfortunately, this position can cause snoring and problems with the carotid artery, which is the artery that supplies blood to the brain and head.
